Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager serving Florida residents. The ideal candidate has 6+ years handling large market accounts in an agency or broker environment and holds an active 2-20 license.

Strong multitasking and Epic agency management experience are highly preferred. You will manage a book of business, advise clients on coverages, and collaborate with sales to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years with large market accounts in agency or broker settings, Florida market experience.
• Active 2-20 license is required.
• Ability to multitask across multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience with Epic agency management system strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service assigned book of commercial lines accounts.
• Advise clients on coverages and policy wording.
• Coordinate with sales staff to optimize client relationships.
• Process endorsements, quotations, and policy summaries.
• Prepare certificates, proposals, and reviews.
• Develop relationships with carriers and vendors and manage renewals.

Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote for Florida Residents ONLY

Summary: Established agency seeking to hire a Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager with experience working with large, complex commercial accounts.

Job Duties:

• Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
• Ability to advise and consult with clients re: their insurance coverages.
• Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
• Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines.
• Service and monitor account activity.
• Call existing insured to complement or "round out" accounts.
• Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business.
• Perform special projects as directed by the VP, Commercial Lines.
• Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations.
• Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing.
• Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with partners, carriers, and vendors.
• Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business.

Qualifications:

• 6+ Years working with large market accounts in agency or broker environment with Florida market experience.
• Active 2-20 license.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experienced with Epic agency management system strongly preferred.
