Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Three years’ experience in mortgage and/or commercial lending preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Performs functions to provide high level of service to customers.
• Process payments for commercial loans and support related requests.
• Post-closing review of loan files for quality control and document tracking.
• Assist loan officers with financials collection and renewal processes.
• Support onboarding of new Business Banking and Commercial Lending staff.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare documents for onboarding.
