You will process policies, endorsements, and coverage changes while maintaining accurate records and building carrier relationships. A license is required and a degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mid-market commercial lines account management preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with varying levels of complexity.
• Process policies, endorsements, certificates, audits, binders, claims, and coverage changes.
• Support renewal activities by gathering information and coordinating timelines.
• Review policies and account documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare applications, loss runs, schedules, and client-facing materials.
• Respond to client, carrier, and internal requests in a timely and professional manner.
