Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of client-facing, customer service, administrative, internship, or related professional experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn agency systems, carrier platforms, and emerging technologies, including AI tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment preferred.

• Support client service needs across the organization as part of the shared resources team.
• Assist Account Managers with renewal process steps for assigned accounts.
• Review basic insurance policies and related documents to identify discrepancies.
• Create, format, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Scan, copy, organize, and maintain electronic and physical records.
