Job summary

Tcgrecruit seeks a Commercial Account Administrator to service a designated portfolio of Commercial Lines clients and support Sales Executives. You will process policy changes, provide quotes, and ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of insurance experience and possess or can obtain a Property & Casualty license, with strong communication and analytical skills in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years insurance experience and/or training.
• Licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer as required.

Responsibilities

• Service a designated group of Commercial Lines customers and process policy changes.
• Provide quotes, proposals, and bind coverage as needed per insurer guidelines.
• Coordinate document processing with the Administrative Assistant.
• Support Sales Executives and Account Executives to foster new-business opportunities.
• Review policies before renewal to determine additional coverages.
• Conduct periodic service calls and document all interactions with customers/insurers.
• Adhere to agency policies and procedures in all processes.
