Job summary

BME is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Account Manager to drive growth across CIM markets. This hybrid role emphasizes relationship-building with owners and facility managers, with about 70% field activity and 30% remote work from a home office.

You will manage the full sales cycle, craft pricing proposals, and develop maintenance and energy-saving solutions while collaborating with operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Proven success selling commercial or light commercial HVAC solutions.
• Experience in CIM markets and with value-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow relationships with commercial building owners, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and service contract opportunities.
• Conduct site visits, facility assessments, and solution presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and forecasting in CRM.
