Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a seasoned Finance professional to drive commercial operations for Contract Manufacturing. The role requires autonomy to manage financial performance, recoveries, PER/pre-PER analyses, and cross-functional partnerships with site operations and corporate finance.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of manufacturing accounting experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and familiarity with SAP HANA, Salesforce, and DocuSign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting for manufacturing.
• Preferred contract manufacturing exposure; Sales/Sales Ops experience.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA, Salesforce and DocuSign is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial recovery process to optimize profitability with site ops, finance and commercial teams.
• Identify gaps in commercial financial processes and drive action plans to mitigate risks.
• Analyze customer program financials, contracts, and variances in materials, volumes, rebates and other transactions.
• Manage pre-PER and PER processes for new business opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support planning and investments.
• Coordinate with commercial finance leaders to align across functions.
