Job summary

Repligen Corporation in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for multiple biopharma manufacturing sites. You will partner with site leadership to drive cost optimization and improve operational performance across manufacturing operations.

You will develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, monitor KPIs, and lead a small team of 2–3 finance professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
• 7-10 years of finance experience in manufacturing.
