Job summary

You will work with buyers, sellers, and lenders to complete transactions, ensuring funds are properly accounted and closings are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of escrow experience as an Escrow Officer
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Escrow officer certification may be required by state

Responsibilities

• Grow and service the business by delivering outstanding customer service
• Complete commercial real estate escrow transactions through collaboration with buyers, sellers, and lenders
• Coordinate with Underwriting to monitor risk and ensure accuracy of funds
• Prepare and review closing statements, title documents, and distribute final documents on time
• Produce regular escrow status reports for involved parties and ensure regulatory compliance
