Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Back Office Commercial Banking Specialist to support commercial clients through processing monetary transactions and loan maintenance. This hybrid role located in Brooklyn, OH or Amherst, NY requires in-office presence two days per week after on-site training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial loan servicing.
• Excel experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CLS/CL3 and LoanIQ.

Responsibilities

• Administers moderate procedures, analysis, tasks and reporting for filing, recording, processing, servicing, recording, and/or organization of documentation.
• Reviews and ensures proper documentation or procedures for complex activities and checks work of less experienced staff.
• Identifies and resolves moderate issues by following guidelines and refers complex problems to Senior Specialist.
• Provide service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints.
• Research requests to a logical conclusion and execute remedial action; communicate results to requester.
• Perform and follow up on special tasks to ensure timely completion of transactions.
