Responsibilities

• Effectively manage simultaneous loan closing processes per procedures.
• Transmit final loan documents to branches or escrow agents.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for lost or incorrect loan docs.
• Identify disclosures required under Reg B, Reg Z, Reg O and update as needed.
• Book loans and lines of credit accurately and timely, guiding teams.
• Lead or participate in special projects and process improvements.
