Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Commercial Banking Product Integration Specialist to act as the technical bridge between our products and client ERP systems.

You will design, configure, and implement integrations that enable secure data exchange for treasury and cash management solutions, partnering with client IT teams and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid role within our footprint (DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA) with periodic travel to client sites for requirements gathering and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/finance technology or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical client-facing role in banking/financial tech.
• 3+ years with SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect).
• 3+ years integrating ERP systems and financial data formats.
• 3+ years of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for commercial banking product integrations during client onboarding and implementation.
• Assess client IT environments including ERP systems and authentication methods (SSO/SAML/OAuth).
• Translate requirements into integration specifications and configuration plans.
• Configure and test secure file transmissions and API data exchanges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and data mapping issues with client IT.
• Provide training and documentation to clients for ongoing use.
• Contribute to product enhancement discussions from client feedback.
