Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Specialist to bridge commercial banking products with clients' IT systems in a hybrid, multi-state role.

You will design, configure and implement integrations, including ERP interfaces, secure file transfers, and API exchanges, with travel to Lancaster, PA as needed.

Candidates should have 5+ years in a client-facing technical role in banking/fintech, plus hands-on SSO and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, finance technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical, client-facing role within commercial banking, treasury management, or fintech.
• 3+ years of SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• 3+ years of ERP system integrations and financial data formats.
• 3+ years of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS) and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and banking file formats.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for client onboarding and implementation of integrations.
• Assess client IT environments, ERP systems, authentication methods, and file transfer protocols.
• Translate business and technical requirements into integration specifications.
• Configure and test secure file transmissions (BAI2, ISO 20022, NACHA) and API exchanges.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with client IT teams to resolve connectivity and mapping challenges.
• Provide training and documentation to clients for ongoing product use and maintenance.
• Support sales by advising on technical feasibility and integration approaches.
