Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, finance technology or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical client-facing banking/fintech role.
• 3+ years SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• 3+ years ERP integrations and secure file transfer (SFTP/FTPS) and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for commercial banking product integrations during onboarding and implementation.
• Assess client IT environments, including ERP systems, authentication methods, and file transfer protocols.
• Translate client business and technical requirements into integration specifications and plans.
• Configure and test secure file transmissions (BAI2, ISO 20022, NACHA) and API data exchanges.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with client IT teams to resolve connectivity and data mapping challenges.
• Provide technical training and documentation to clients for ongoing use.
• Participate in product enhancements by sharing client integration feedback.
• Support pre-sales by advising on technical feasibility and integration approaches.
• Maintain knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and industry standards.
• Represent the bank at client technology workshops and user groups.
