Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Commercial Banking Product Integration Specialist to serve as the technical bridge between banking products and client enterprise systems. You will design, configure, and implement integrations for treasury and cash management solutions, balancing technical depth with clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, finance technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical client-facing role within commercial banking, treasury management, or financial technology.
• 3+ years of experience with SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP integrations and financial data formats.
• 3+ years of experience with secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for commercial banking product integrations during onboarding.
• Assess client IT environments including ERP systems and authentication methods.
• Translate client requirements into integration specifications and configuration plans.
• Configure and test secure file transmissions and API data exchanges.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and security to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and mapping issues with client IT teams.
• Provide training and documentation for ongoing product use.
• Support sales in pre-sales by advising on technical feasibility.
