Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Product Integration Specialist to join our hybrid team supporting clients across DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. You will design, configure, and implement integrations between our treasury solutions and clients' ERP ecosystems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in client-facing banking/fintech roles, strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics), and solid knowledge of file formats (BAI2, ISO 20022, NACHA) and authentication protocols

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT, finance tech, or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical client-facing role in banking, treasury, or fintech.
• 3+ years with SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• 3+ years of ERP integrations and data formats (BAI2, ISO 20022, NACHA).
• 3+ years of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for client onboarding and implementation.
• Assess client IT environments, including ERP systems and authentication methods.
• Translate requirements into integration specifications and configuration plans.
• Configure and test secure file transmissions and API-based data exchanges.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and data mapping issues with client IT teams.
• Provide technical training and documentation to clients for ongoing use.
• Participate in product enhancement discussions from client integration experience.
• Support sales with technical feasibility and integration approaches.
