Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls (75+ per day).
• Use software to note accounts and communicate with insurers.
• Negotiate to recover the highest balances for clients.
• Coordinate with team members on accounts.
• Document accounts with clear notes for quick communication.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
