Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls per established models and standards.
• Present past-due amounts and arrange payments; assess ability and intent to pay.
• Apply collection strategies based on product type and delinquency stage.
• Negotiate payment commitments with specific amounts and dates.
• Meet daily activity and monthly scorecard targets.
• Maintain accurate account notes and documentation.
