Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. seeks a Customer Success Associate / Trade Assistant for its Specialty Coffee desk in Alpharetta, GA. The role blends client onboarding, contract administration, and trade operations support to ensure smooth delivery from execution to delivery.

You will work closely with sales, trading, and operations, handling CRM records, order updates, and shipment coordination, while maintaining accurate position data and documentation. 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing, operations, administrative, or coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; ability to learn CRM and trade/ERP systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work onsite at the Alpharetta, GA office and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Customer Success: be the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned green coffee customers; onboard accounts; manage CRM records; coordinate samples; communicate order status and market updates; resolve issues; support retention and growth initiatives; gather feedback for improvements.
• Trade Assistant: support traders and sales with trade execution, contract administration, and desk operations; draft and track contracts; maintain position records; coordinate logistics; liaise with operations, finance, and settlements; monitor milestones and assist with futures/hedging administration; ensure data integrity across systems.
• Shared/General: collaborate with sales, trading, ops, and finance; document repeatable processes; prepare reports and dashboards.
