Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Trade Execution Associate for meats & proteins in a hybrid role with onsite 4 days per week and one day remote. You will support front office sales and trading, handling end-to-end trade booking, logistics, inventory and QA compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in trading operations and familiarity with protein markets and regulatory standards. Strong coordination and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or applicable experience.
• 3–5 years in trading operations, logistics, or supply chain, preferably proteins.
• Knowledge of physical protein markets and cold chain logistics.
• Familiarity with food safety, QA, and regulatory compliance in food industry.
• Experience with ERP/trading inventory systems (SAP, Quickbooks, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with multi-transaction management and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Trade Execution & Booking: capture and book physical protein trades in ERP and trading systems.
• Review terms: product specs, quantities, pricing, delivery locations & timing.
• Coordinate with front office to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate bookings.
• Logistics & Order Management: manage from order confirmation to delivery with carriers and 3PLs.
• Monitor shipments, schedules, and documentation for timely fulfillment.
• Inventory Management & Reconciliation: monitor plant/warehouse inventory and reconcile variances.
• Maintain food safety program documentation and QA records; support audits.
• Cross functional liaison across trading, logistics, QA, finance; ensure data accuracy in systems.
• Support month-end close activities related to inventory, accruals, and P&L reconciliation.
