Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience working with Mazak milling machines.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time; a minimum of 2 hours.
• 3+ years’ work experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, and CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production program issues.
• Develop offline CNC programs for critical paths or bottlenecks.
• Improve programming efficiency to optimize cycle times and throughput.
• Accurately document manufacturing activities in alignment with quality standards.
• Manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities on the shop floor.
