Job summary

UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is offering a 4‑week hybrid CNA Trainee Program combining online coursework, in‑person instruction, and hands‑on clinical training at Huntington Living Center in Waterloo, NY. Weeks 1–2 are online, Week 3 blends online and in‑person learning, Week 4 features paid orientation and hands‑on training.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour during Week 4, plus a $1,500 bonus upon completing all online coursework and a guaranteed CNA position after certification; CNA certified pay

• Must be eligible to enroll in the 4‑week CNA Trainee Program.
• Ability to complete online coursework and in‑person instruction.

Responsibilities

• Complete online coursework and participate in in‑person instruction.
• Attend hands‑on clinical training during Week 4.
• Complete paid orientation and attain CNA certification.
