Job summary

UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health offers a PAID CNA Trainee Program. You will start at an hourly rate of 20.00 during training, with a pay increase after certification to 21.12–25.24/hr based on experience. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is paid out in increments over your first year as a CNA.

The program runs four weeks, Monday–Friday, 7a–3p, in Geneva, NY. Upon certification, you may be hired at any of our long-term care facilities in Geneva, Waterloo, or Penn Yan, with part-time or full-time

Qualifications

• Minimum: Must be able to read and write English.
• Minimum Certification: New York State Nurse Aide Certification.
• Preferred: High school degree or GED / Prior Nursing Assistant and/or LTC experience.

• Under the direction of licensed nursing personnel, performs direct and indirect designated resident care within scope of practice as defined by the certification.

UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is offering a PAID CNA Trainee Program!!

We offer an hourly rate of 20.00 while you are being trained in the class. Once you are certified, pay increases! Pay ranges from 21.12/hr-25.24/hr based on prior experience.

$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS!Paid out in increments over your first year as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with us! We also offer mileage incentives!

The program is for 4 weeks, hosted Monday-Friday from 7a-3p. Mandatory, perfect attendance is enforced. Candidates that are interested in getting additional experience are welcome to join us asUnitHelper before the program starts. Unit Helpers are paid an hourly rate of 20.00,samerate youmakeas a student in the class!

The program is hosted inGeneva,NYhowever, once you become certified, you can be hired to work atall oneof our long-term care facilities - we have alocationinGeneva, Waterloo and PennYanNY. All locationsare offeringpart-time and full-time employment!
