Program Overview

The 3‑week hybrid program includes:

Responsibilities

• Complete online sessions and onsite clinical training under supervision.
• Develop skills necessary to provide basic care to residents.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on customer service to staff, residents, and families.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.

Schedule

Requirements

• Pass the Prometric Reading Assessment with 80% or higher.
• Pass all quizzes and final exam with 90% or higher.
• Reliable transportation.
• Submit health records: MMRS and flu vaccination.
• Be present and punctual for all classes, labs, and clinicals.
• Notify instructor of challenges, absences, or contact changes.
• Conduct oneself responsibly and professionally.
• Maintain suitable attire for classes, labs, and clinicals.
• Eligible to work and verify employment authorization.
