The class schedule includes online weeks, a hybrid week, and a paid orientation; in Waterloo, NY, the training culminates with the NYS CNA exam and a pay scale starting at $20/hour during orientation and rising to $21.12-$25.24/hour after certification.

UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is offering a 4-week HYBRID CNA Trainee Program with a combination of online coursework, in-person instruction, and hands-on clinical training.

? NEXT CLASS: NOVEMBER 8, 2026

What to Expect:

• ? Weeks 1-2: Online coursework
• ? Week 3: Hybrid online & in-person instruction
• ? Week 4: Paid orientation & hands-on clinical training

? In-person training takes place at Huntington Living Center in Waterloo, NY.

? PAY & PERKS

• $20.00/hour beginning Week 4 during orientation and clinical training
• $1,500 bonus for candidates who successfully complete all required online coursework
• $21.12-$25.24/hour once CNA certified
• Generous benefits & PTO

Upon completion of the 4-week program, you will take the New York State CNA certification exam.

Online coursework is unpaid. Candidates must complete all required online coursework to participate in clinical training.
