The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration with technical teams, and ongoing guidance on documentation, evidence, and readiness for assessment. Hybrid work is available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience working with CMMC compliance and related standards.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into business actions.
• Strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and remediation planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for CMMC compliance efforts and roadmaps.
• Communicate requirements, risks, and recommendations to teams.
• Assess client environments for gaps and improvement areas.
• Develop and maintain compliance roadmaps and milestones.
• Build relationships and act as primary point of contact for guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define remediation priorities.
• Lead client meetings and reviews to discuss progress and next steps.
• Provide guidance on documentation and evidence for assessments.
• Monitor changes to CMMC requirements and advise clients.
