Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a hybrid role at our Ohio clinic in Northwest Columbus. The role combines remote and in-person support to assist clinical teams and patients, with a 34-hour weekly schedule, 10 hours on-site and 24 hours remote, plus options to add hours.

Requires CMA certification, CPR/First Aid, and US work eligibility. The organization offers a patient-centered approach, HIPAA compliance, and a supportive team focused on addiction medicine.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (active CMA or equivalent national certification).
• Active CMA certification is required at hire.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Support patient intakes and triage urgent requests to the RN.
• Assist with patient outreach, follow-up, and care coordination.
• Support medication, pharmacy, lab, and other clinical workflows within MA scope.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR.
• Provide onsite and remote support to ensure smooth clinic operations.
