Job summary

Boulder Care in Columbus, OH is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for a hybrid role. You will support clinical teams with patient intake, documentation in the EHR, and care coordination across in-person and remote work settings.

Requirements include 2+ years CMA experience, active CMA certification, CPR and First Aid, and strong teamwork in addiction medicine. The role offers a 34-hour week with on-site Tue/Thu and remote Mon/Wed/Fri, with potential to add hours upon interview.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as a Certified Medical Assistant (active CMA or equivalent).
• Active CMA certification (or equivalent national certification) is required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Experience navigating behavioral health systems or care coordination in related settings.

Responsibilities

• Support patient intakes and serve as primary contact for patients.
• Triage urgent medical or clinical requests to RN.
• Assist with patient outreach, follow-up, and care coordination.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with RNs and providers to ensure timely patient care.
• Provide on-site MA support in-person on Tuesdays and Thursdays; hybrid model.
