Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant to provide care to client employees at our Health Center in Columbus, IN. This hybrid role supports both on-site and remote tasks as needed.

You will interview patients, measure vital signs, maintain health records, prepare treatment rooms, and assist with exams and basic diagnostic procedures while upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Certification as CMA or equivalent medical assistant certification.
• BLS/CPR with hands-on training required.
• State lab certification (if applicable) may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and measure vital signs.
• Maintain accurate patient health records.
• Prepare treatment rooms, clean and sterilize instruments.
• Administer medications and perform lab tests, EKGs as allowed.
• Assist at front desk, schedule appointments, and manage supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
