Glean is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to drive a culture of engineering excellence and build high‑performing, collaborative teams. You will ensure services meet stringent SLOs and lead resilient, automated production environments in the cloud.

You will mentor engineers, manage on‑call rotations, and shape architectural decisions while focusing on reliability, security, and scalable operations across global products.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field.
• 8+ years in a senior Site Reliability Engineering role.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of people management or leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to promote reliability across engineering teams.
• Ensure High Availability by building resilient cloud architectures and monitoring performance.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and drive blameless postmortems to improve systems.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, tools, and processes to streamline deployment, monitoring, and management tasks.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Collaborate with security to implement best practices and ensure policy compliance.
• Design and configure advanced monitoring systems, dashboards, and incident playbooks for production.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, providing SRE insights during design and launches.
