Job summary

Alpha Omega Integration is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical SME for OCIO, shaping enterprise architecture, governance, and secure data and network designs. You will work with leadership and technical teams to align strategic requirements across cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, developing pilots, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and interoperable, with a focus on modernization and migration across cloud

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT development experience.
• 5+ years documenting SELC/SDLC processes.
• 5+ years in large services organizations with oversight.
• 5+ years in a Solutions Architect role with transformation leadership.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance and cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance for enterprise architecture, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and technical constraints.
• Translate requirements into on-premises, AWS, Azure or hybrid cloud solutions.
• Develop pilots/POCs to demonstrate capabilities and feasibility.
• Create architecture diagrams and documentation with SOC-approved tools.
• Oversee implementation, resolve technical challenges, and guide teams.
• Support DHS ICE SE/SDLC documentation and risk communication.
• Present roadmaps and capabilities to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge bases and onboarding materials in Confluence/Teams/SharePoint.
