Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise Microsoft cloud experience.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with M365, Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Purview, and Entra ID.
- Strong identity, security, governance, and access management knowledge.
- Experience coordinating with MSPs and third‑party vendors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- GxP/SOX experience preferred.
- Microsoft certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support Microsoft enterprise cloud platforms.
- Lead evaluation and rollout of new features while ensuring availability.
- Architect solutions addressing business and operational needs.
- Administer and support on‑premises infrastructure in Durham.
- Provide onsite infrastructure support five days a week.
- Coordinate with MSPs and vendors for performance and support.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance controls.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Support meetings and events with reliable tech.
- Other duties as assigned.
