The role will also provide operational support for on-premises infrastructure at the Durham location, including networking, wireless, switching, internet connectivity, and data center technologies. The successful candidate will ensure enterprise systems remain secure, reliable, compliant, and aligned with the company's technology strategy. **Please note, this role is NOT remote and you will be required to work in the office 5 days a week.****ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Design, administer, support, and optimize Microsoft enterprise cloud platforms and services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Purview, and Entra ID. Provide operational support and lead the evaluation, testing, and rollout of new features and service enhancements while ensuring platform availability, performance, reliability, and user adoption.* Serve as the technical owner for Microsoft enterprise cloud platforms and services, establishing standards, evaluating new capabilities, and ensuring solutions align with business, operational, security, and compliance requirements.* Architect and deliver solutions that address business and operational needs, serving as the technical lead for the successful implementation of technology initiatives and process improvements while managing multiple priorities and projects.* Administer and support on-premises infrastructure at the Durham location, including networking, wireless, switching, internet connectivity, firewalls, and related infrastructure systems.
