Qualifications

7+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft cloud platforms, infrastructure, and networking environments.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Design, administer, support, and optimize Microsoft enterprise cloud platforms and services (Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Purview, Entra ID).
Lead evaluation, testing, and rollout of features while ensuring availability, performance, and user adoption.
Provide onsite infrastructure support at the Durham office five days per week and coordinate with MSPs and vendors.
