Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead a diverse team responsible for the engineering, delivery, modernization, and ongoing improvement of CCM’s enterprise infrastructure across hybrid environments. You will guide cloud and on-premises platforms, IAM, collaboration tools, and endpoint foundations, ensuring secure, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term infrastructure roadmaps for a hybrid cloud environment.
• Drive scalable, repeatable infrastructure delivery through automation and IaC practices.
• Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and on‑premises platforms.
• Provide leadership for infrastructure modernization, cost management, and security alignments.
