Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead a team responsible for engineering, delivery, modernization, and operation of CCM’s hybrid infrastructure. You will design and deliver secure, scalable solutions across cloud and on‑premises environments, and partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security & Risk, and Technology Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering or related technology roles.
• 3+ years leading infrastructure, platform, systems, network, or cloud engineering teams.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term infrastructure roadmaps.
• Translate objectives into practical plans across hybrid cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Drive infrastructure delivery through automation and IaC.
• Lead modernization, cloud adoption, and cost optimization.
• Ensure infrastructure security, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Oversee project delivery from design to handoff.
• Build and manage a team of infrastructure engineers.
