Job summary

You will work with Azure, VMware, Active Directory/Entra ID, and endpoint management to ensure security, scalability, and reliability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT leadership, vendors, and business units to deliver efficient, compliant infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or MIS with 7+ years IT experience.
• Extensive cloud, virtualization, and infrastructure administration experience.
• Strong identity and endpoint management experience, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, VMware, and on-premises enterprise environments.
• Experience with security practices, RBAC/MFA, and incident response.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including VMs, storage, networking, identity, security controls, backup, and governance.
• Administer VMware environments (vSphere/ESXi/Horizon, SAN, provisioning, migrations, DR).
• Maintain Windows systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and access control security.
• Provide advanced technical support for cloud, virtualization, endpoint, and networking technologies.
• Drive infrastructure improvements through monitoring, automation, and vendor collaboration.
• Other duties as assigned.
