Job summary

Howden Group Services Limited is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support the US region from Minneapolis. The role involves hands-on management of hybrid on-prem and cloud infrastructure, including Azure, M365, AD, DNS, and security tooling.

You will work within a global IT team to ensure availability and performance for the US footprint. Candidates should bring extensive experience with cloud, datacenters, networking, and security, plus strong communication skills and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cloud/infrastructure engineer or in a similar IT role.
• Experience with Azure and M365.
• Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS & Group Policy.
• Solid IT security practices and event logging/alerting tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure support for US region in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure globally.
• Support local Cloud, Data Centre, and network infrastructure.
• Implement changes with change control and document proceedings.
• Engage in incident management and root cause analysis to improve availability.
