Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and operate a hybrid on‑premises and cloud infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, performance, and cybersecurity across all systems, collaborating with cybersecurity, application, and business teams.

The ideal candidate will have deep Microsoft tech expertise, virtualization, networking, cloud services, and infrastructure automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Office365, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Group Policy, and related services.
• Administer virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere).
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
