Job summary

Lee Health is seeking a visionary Enterprise Network & Hybrid Cloud Architect to lead the optimization of our health system's core networking and cloud strategy remotely from Florida. The ideal candidate must have over 8 years of experience in enterprise networks, managing hybrid routing ecosystems with a strong focus on security and compliance.

This role will ensure continuity in connectivity across our multi-site clinical environment and mentor technical teams, making a significant impact on our innovation journey.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with routers, switches, and network protocols.
• Track record of developing compatible system infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and optimization of enterprise network.
• Implement secure hybrid cloud edge connectivity.
• Enforce Zero-Trust network segmentation with Information Security Officer.
