Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services seeks a Senior Solution Architect – Enterprise Network & Security to design, support, and optimize our global network and security infrastructure. This hybrid role requires onsite work at least 3 days per week and leadership across global IT teams.

The candidate will architect LAN/WAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity, lead incident resolution for Priority 2/3 issues, and drive modernization across on‑premises and cloud environments with strong Cisco,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of enterprise networking and security experience with 3 years in solution architecture.
Experience supporting large enterprise or global manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Design and implement secure, scalable enterprise network architectures for global offices and data centers.
Lead troubleshooting and RCA for P2/P3 network incidents and prevent recurrence.
Architect LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Internet and cloud connectivity solutions.
Configure and optimize Cisco ISE, FortiGate, Zscaler, and Azure networking components.
Provide technical leadership and create HLD/LLD designs and implementation plans.
