Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced IT Network Engineer Lead to design, implement and improve enterprise networking across multiple facilities. You will oversee projects, manage timeframes, resources and budgets while ensuring security, performance and reliability of core network services.

The ideal candidate has seven years of experience with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN and network monitoring, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Seven years of enterprise network experience required in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routing/switching, wireless, VPN, security and SD-WAN.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network design and implementation with minimal downtime.
• Develop project plans, including timeframes, estimates and cost/benefit analyses.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, VPN and firewalls.
• Document problem-solving measures and escalation procedures.
• Mentor and train network engineers and staff.
• Ensure network availability, performance and resiliency across sites.
• Coordinate site rollouts, upgrades and hardware replacements.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams and technical documentation.
