Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a seasoned DevOps leader with 10+ years of experience in deployment operations. You will drive CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and coordinate with global teams to ensure high availability and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities include leading deployment activities, incident management, and stakeholder engagement, with on-call duties and continuous improvement of cloud practices.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD in deployment operations.
Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure, and Azure services like AKS, IoT, VMs, CDN, Load Balancers, WAF, Ingress/Egress.
Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible).
Ability to lead deployment operations, monitor service delivery, and participate in stakeholder meetings.

Responsibilities

Lead Ops calls and participate in Scrum of Scrums, Deployment & Compliance reviews.
Drive site reliability engineering practices with product teams.
Own incident, change, and escalation processes; lead post-mortems and RCA actions.
Coordinate with India Technical Team for onboarding of new applications.
Review SLAs with customers and analyze incidents, problems, and alerts.
