Job summary

Honda is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to support ongoing cloud migration and infrastructure initiatives in Marysville, OH. This hybrid role requires four days onsite per week and collaboration with enterprise teams on cloud platforms and containerized workloads.

You will lead implementations on AWS/Azure/GCP, manage Kubernetes-based environments including EKS and OpenShift, and drive automation with Terraform, Ansible, and Python.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with DevOps, hyperconverged infrastructure, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Hands-on AWS/Azure/GCP experience.
• Strong Linux/Windows expertise.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Windows and Linux OS within cloud IaaS.
• Lead complex cloud infrastructure projects to completion.
• Recommend cloud platform services and container capabilities.
• Evaluate and implement emerging cloud technologies.
• Lead transition of on-prem infrastructure to cloud and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Support Kubernetes environments including AWS EKS and OpenShift.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for cloud compute/storage/container environments.
• Develop and maintain automation for cloud and on-prem management.
