Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a senior DevOps professional in Jefferson City, Missouri to lead deployment operations, manage CI/CD pipelines, and drive cloud-based service delivery. You will coordinate across teams, optimize infrastructure automation, and enhance incident management and post-mortems.

You will work with AWS/Azure environments, AKS, IaC tools, and a range of DevOps technology to ensure high availability and scalable solutions for customers.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD in Deployment Operations
Conceptual knowledge on AWS/Azure and Azure services such as AKS, IoT, VMs, Azure DevOps, CDN, Storage, Traffic Manager, NSGs, Load Balancers, WAF, Ingress/Egress
Strong understanding of deployments, configuration & troubleshooting of DevOps, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible) and pipelines

Responsibilities

Lead Ops Call and participate in stakeholder meetings (Scrum of Scrums, Deployment & Compliance Review)
Monitor, control, and support Service Delivery with defined processes
Drive SRE practices with operations and product groups
Own Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes and post-mortems/RCAs
