Job summary

Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications.

You will lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include leading Agile teams, conducting design reviews, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting best practices in SDLC, coding standards, and observability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, AWS, and UI technologies.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in Angular (Services, Guards, Resolvers, Interceptors, Pipes, DI, Routing), TypeScript 4+, RxJS, HTML, and SCSS.
• 7+ years developing and deploying Angular applications on AWS, including reusable UI components and frameworks such as SSO and Observability.
• 3+ years developing REST/JSON services using AWS Lambda.
• 3+ years developing AWS AppSync GraphQL services.
• 1+ year of AWS infrastructure automation using Terraform/Terragrunt.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning and delivery within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure SDLC and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Resolve technical challenges and drive best practices.
• Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks.
