Slalom, a leading technology consulting firm, seeks a Director for Cloud-Build in the Mid America region. This hybrid in-office role in Chicago blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across product engineering and cloud modernization to drive client outcomes and growth.

You will align capability strategies with market needs, lead billable delivery, and ignite demand through campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, and events.

Qualifications

• Deep technology delivery and leadership experience across product engineering and cloud operations.
• Experience with AI-accelerated engineering and scalable delivery models.
• Strong ability to build teams, cultivate client partnerships, and lead go-to-market efforts.

Responsibilities

• Align regional capability strategies with market needs as a SME and thought leader.
• Lead billable delivery across product engineering and cloud modernization.
• Ignite demand through campaigns, RFIs/RFPs, workshops, and POCs.
• Own portfolio of sales and revenue for this capability in the market.
• Partner with sales, hire and develop teams, and manage market relationships.
