Job summary

Central Health is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Services to lead administrative and clinical operations in a hybrid environment. You will oversee the Medical Executive Board and supervise Clinical Services staff, driving standardized processes and performance improvements across programs.

You will collaborate with the Director of Operations, Director of Quality and Care Model, and Director of Education and Research to design, implement, and sustain innovative clinical initiatives

Qualifications

• 6 years progressive leadership experience.
• 5 years management experience in a healthcare setting.
• 5 years experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to organize and manage large healthcare projects.
• Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory requirements (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises administrative staff within Clinical Services.
• Oversee orientation, competency, and training records with HR.
• Mentor Administrative Team; develop recruitment and retention strategies.
• Ensure staff compliance with clinical goals and communicate new directives.
• Lead development of innovative programs to improve access and quality while controlling costs.
• Participate in strategic plans and financial projections for initiatives.
• Define MEB objectives, manage meetings, and ensure governance alignment.
• Deploy change management to improve program outcomes and policies.
• Perform other duties to fulfill the organization's mission.
