Job summary

LightHouse is seeking a full-time Manager of Clinical Services to support patients and students across the service area. The role balances hands-on clinical supervision with caseload management, ensuring timely responses to service referrals and the development of Individual Service Plans.

You will oversee daily operations, collaborate with the VP and clinic teams, and ensure compliance with reporting, grants, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working in a clinical setting.
• Bicultural and bilingual welcomed; ASL, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Tagalog, or Vietnamese encouraged.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office and database entry.
• Knowledge of braille is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Clinical Services team and supervise daily operations.
• Maintain intake caseload at 49% and oversee program adherence to grants and contracts.
• Coordinate with Clinic Coordinator, Intake Team and VP for program goals and reporting.
• Maintain Salesforce and EHR case notes; ensure timely referrals and ISP support for students.
