Job summary

Benton County seeks a Behavioral Health Assistant Clinical Manager to provide leadership and oversight for the in-scope clinical behavioral health service portfolio. You will translate strategy into coordinated clinical operations across programs, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and sustainable service delivery.

The role also oversees clinical leadership staff and collaborates with Finance/Business Office to support compliant, fiscally sound services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology).
• 7 Years progressively responsible experience including 3 years managerial or supervisor experience.
• Active license in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Provide leadership and oversight for the in-scope clinical behavioral health service portfolio.
